Exterior Maintenance Plan Includes:
- Test all the power outlets to make sure that they are working
- Check light fittings and globes. Replace if needed
- Inspect electrical cords for wear
- Check that air vents are not blocked
- Fireplace inspection
- Inspect the chimney for damage
- Damaged item repairs
- Inspect door hardware: fix squeaky handles and loose locks
- Repair or replace caulking and weather stripping around windows, doors and mechanicals
- Remove leaves and debris from gutters and down-spouts
- Inspect roofing for missing, loose or damaged roof tiles and leaks
- Touch up exterior weather proofing trim
- Oil garage-door opener and chain, garage door hinges
- Mend cracks and gaps in the driveway and walkway
- Drain and store hoses
- Refinish timber decking
- Repair leaking taps outside
- Damaged fascia repairs
- Cracked wall report
- Foundation concern inspection
- Underground water concerns

We are extremely focused on transparency in our business and towards our customers.
Our maintenance plans are tailored to cover the concerns in and around the house. Our agents are trained in specialised fields and are able to do their job effectively.
Our call outs are limited to 1 labour hour per call out. If additional time is needed, another call out can be used or can be charged at R250 per hour.
If no call outs are used over a 6 month period, you are welcome to make use of our full day on site benefit for those bigger projects. One full day on site is restricted to one benefit per 12 month cycle. One full day on site = 8 labour hours.
1 Call out cannot be split up into different days. Each trip constitutes 1 call out. Should you have multiple call outs in one day, each trip will be deducted as a full call out.
Emergency call outs can be used for after hour emergencies that might occur. This is a 24 / 7 service.
All maintenance plans must be paid by no later than the first day of the month, to be able to keep your plan active. All plans are paid in advance. These payments will only be accepted via EFT. A monthly invoice will be forwarded to you via e-mail.
Your virtual assistance calls will be available to use during office hours (08:00 to 17:00). The virtual assistance will be in the form of a video call by a competent person that can assist you with any maintenance related difficulty that you might experience in and around the house.
All maintenance plans are valid for a period of one (1) year.
